Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item delivered is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories.
  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products

Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@gopalgallery.com with your Order ID and issue details.
  2. Share clear photos or an unboxing video of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
